Four Color Process Cards

Full color makes today's advertising and promotion successful, and nothing makes your message more attractive or more noticeable.  Rex Line 4-Color Process Cards are high-resoution lithography of your color image on one side, and one-color information or instructions on the reverse.

Size: 2 1/8 x 3 3/8.
Imprint Area: Allow 1/8" margin on all sides.
Size: 2 1/4 x 3 3/4 (add 5% to price of card).
Imprint Area: Allow 1/8" margin on all sides.

IMPRINTING
Standard card is four-color process on the front, one color on the back, printed on white vinyl stock.  PMS mixes $75.00 (G). Plates are charged at $40.00 (F) per color per side with camera-ready artwork or disk furnished.  Combination line and screen reproductions or reverse plate $50.00 (F).  See page 2 for information on submitting computer art files.

Proofs: A PDF is available at no charge.  Additional PDF proofs are $17.50 (G).  Laser or Ink Jet digital proofs available by request $40.00 (G).

Drop Shipments: $8.00 (G) each.

Consecutive Numbering: $56.25 (G) setup charge plus .056 (G) per card.

Bleed Edge $.014 (C) each per side.

PRODUCTION TIME
January through August: 4 weeks after receipt of order or proof approval.
September through December: 6 weeks after receipt of order or proof approval.

Depends on thickness. 5 to 12 lbs per 1,000 pieces
